Bianca, the bright and cheery voice on the phone served as our Customer Service Specialist for 7 years and in 2026 became the Office Manager. With six kids (five still at home) and a dog, she definitely has some management skills. She and her husband enjoy spending time with family. An avid mystery novel fan, she strives to start and end each work day happy. Her keys to success are passion, persistence and patience.
