Cindy MacCormack has been a part of The Pest Force from the beginning as a customer service and business process consultant.  Cindy has retired from her career as a customer service and business process improvement manager for a multi-million dollar non-profit organization. Cindy is Matt and Jim’s older sister, so The Pest Force reaps the benefits of her many years of experience.
